| to my dearest friend |
| Name: Monica | 2005-01-20 |
| The words are not committed, I don't feel any romance, this may be good for someone who is not spiritual, or who is not really big on committment of marriage, but to a friendship, a closeone but certainly not husband and wife |
| wedding vow or business vow |

| This vow sounds too businesslike. |
| make a promise you can keep |
| Name: Ann | 2011-03-20 |
This is a vow of someone who already promised the regular in sickness and in health, and knows that promises can be broken. This is a promise that can be kept and it won't make you feel like a liar when it doesn't last till death do us part.
According to enrichment journal on the divorce rate in America:
The divorce rate in America for first marriage is 41%
The divorce rate in America for second marriage is 60%
The divorce rate in America for third marriage is 73%
If you can't keep it, don't say it. This one is realistic, no romance needed and it sounds like it is easy to do. |
