Hear My Plea

Saffron flowers against the crimson sky.
Sapphire beetles and jade dragonflies.
God's beauty is found all around.
As I sit here on the cold hard ground,
I sit and wonder, as I gaze above.
Where in this world can I share my love?
There must be another like me in this life.
If only I could find him and be his wife.
My days need to have meaning. I have love I can give.
I can't keep wasting my life. That's no way to live.
Please God, look down and hear my plea.
Send me someone to love and in turn, love me.
Ruby red sunsets and a snow white dove.
God shares his beauty. Let me share my love.
