Move in a new direction

________, today I commit myself to years of growth and sharing, as I encourage you to move in a new direction. I will strive to achieve my potential (as God's creature), and will celebrate your progress toward the same goal. I give myself to you as I am, and as I will be, and I will do it for all of my life.

  • Marriage as a Business

I am totaly for these vows... I think when we lose track of the day to day and not plan for it we inevitably lose the romance as well...

  • make a promise you can keep

This is a vow of someone who already promised the regular in sickness and in health, and knows that promises can be broken. This is a promise that can be kept and it won't make you feel like a liar when it doesn't last till death do us part.
According to enrichment journal on the divorce rate in America:
The divorce rate in America for first marriage is 41%
The divorce rate in America for second marriage is 60%
The divorce rate in America for third marriage is 73%
If you can't keep it, don't say it. This one is realistic, no romance needed and it sounds like it is easy to do.

  • wedding vow or business vow

    This vow sounds too businesslike.
