I love it
I shal say these words at my wedding with my girlfriend that's soon ganna by my wife
So perfect for us
We are going to say these lovely words to each other on our wedding day. We are not young in age but very young at heart.
We (children) will use this in letters to our parents at their 64th wedding anniversaries.
We are an older couple getting married a second time We both have families so this is so fitting
Vows for later in life
Reword it for renewals
I offered you the summer of my life and I reaffirm that now that it is Autumn,I am better and wiser.I promise to continue being your companion. I will continue to be your support in good times and bad. I will continue to encourage & care for in sickness & health. It is my desire and intent, with GODs help to continue our lives together with our immediate family. We can cherish the accomplishments of overcoming some huge obstacles and continue to Grow together until GOD calls us home!
I will certainly be using this vow as inspiration for my own. Thank you for this!
May be corny, but I LOVE it... am using it in September....
A bit corny in parts, good in parts.
i think this vows are suitible long gone are the days when are parents had us when they were in there 20's. We the children who got married in our fourties will be ok ill be darn near fourty my self when i tie the knot so this is sutible iwas thinking like this before i read the vows so i give ita 10.
Old Age but worthy of love still
Great to see a vow catered to us older folks!
I like it, it is very sweet & true for those of us getting married a second time after the lost of a spouse. I might use it.
May whomever read this with tears in their eyes never forget how beautiful the words of these vows are, but more important how fresh, and beautiful their love is---which never grows old.....
autumn brisk and vibrant
I can use this but will surely improve on it.
it made me laugh my head off. it was so beautiful and romantic but it was funny
dumn az hellllllllllll
yoooooo...... dis poem was so fuckin stupid i wanna slap da syht out of who da fuck eva wrote it hahaha...soooo fuckin dumb
I am 57 years old and am getting married Sept. 2010 on the beach in Jacksonville Florida. Simple ceremony and simple vows. This says it all for me.
We had both been married before. Being an older couple, you realize what a beautiful feeling it is to be in love with your best friend. These "autumn" vows have so much more meaning, when your in the autumn of your Life!
I will be marrying a man I knew in my adolesence. We were both married to others for 30yrs before finding each other again. So at age 60+ this is a perfect vow for us to exchange.
As a young girl marrying an older gentleman I find these vows to be quite nicely written and applicable.
I love this u can tell its from the heart congrates.
i like it,kind , gentle, to the point
I think these are lovely vows for older people getting married latr in life.
I really like this one. For those of us that don't get married until later in life, it is quite fitting.
We are nearly sixty and these vows are very appropiate for a mature couple
Very lovely for a mature couple's wedding - appropriate and classy!
these words are not corny if this is where you are in your life. These words are just perfect for my ~Someday~
WEll that was the lamest thing i have ever herd i was laughing the whole way through it
Okay. Great for those people that do get married later in life. I love it! Though, I'm not even close enough in age to use it.
It shows that what the past was...was...and this to forward on....
it is appropriate for persons getting married the 2nd time around or later in life.
soon to be married
I'm crying just reading it on screen - will never be able to say it out loud!!
I used this
I used these vows because it described our lives at the time
I loved it and i thought that it was spoken right from the heart its something that i would tell my fian'ce if I had thought of it first nice job.
That is so stupid. It says nothing of loving each other. It says they'll be buddies. It should be best friends vows, not wedding vows. I agree with Wim....corny! (BTW I am in my 50s & still think it's corny)
Daaaaaamn, that is so freakin' corny! bah
I may use it on my wedding.
